Excessive water drinking can lead to frequent urination, both could indicate diabetes.
Dizziness can be attrributed to an inner ear problem or your anaemia
We all have changes in heart rate, palpitations can be linked to anaemia as can fatihue.
Some drugs can cause dry eye, like antihistamines and oral contraceptives. Contact lenses carry an increased risk if you have dry eye.
Sometimes dry eye is also a symptom of other conditions affecting other parts of the body particularly arthritis or a condition called Sjogrens syndrome. Sjogrens syndrome is a condition where, as well as dry eyes, people can also have a dry mouth and a dry vagina. This condition can also involve a type of arthritis.
Knee pain…The location of the knee pain can be useful information when trying to obtain an accurate diagnosis. Pain on the front of the knee can be caused by bursitis, arthritis.
Numb hands, carpal tunnel syndrome or bad circulation.

All of the symptoms apart from knee pain or anaemia (if confirmed by your doctor) can be attributed to anxiety.
There are too many symptoms caused by anxiety and stress, look on the second link.

Whatever, good luck.
