How long is vision corrected for after LASIK?
I had LASIK this Feb and it’s gone great except for issues with Dry eyes. Just wondering how long the effects of the LASIK are likely to last for? Will I need glasses again to correct vision? How long will I get without them? Right now my vision is great (better than 20/20 I was told at my last appt).
The correction of your myopia should last a lifetime. Sometime in your forties, you will began to have trouble seeing up close but that is a different issue. One way to think of your eyes now as being like someone your age that never needed glasses.
