What eye cream do you recommend to girls in early 20s?
My skin is a bit dry. But I don’t have wrinkles. Please give me some suggestions. Thank you!
p.s. Yahoo suggested me to post it in ‘make up’, but I hvae never considered eye cream as make up. I think it is skin care, while things like eye liners or lipsticks that may have bad effects on skin health are ‘make up’.
