Get Rid of Dry Eye Syndrome
Some people experience eyes sticking shut when they wake up; some people feel eyes too dry to have a clear vision; some people wearing contact lenses encounter contacts falling out, but few of them know why they have these experiences. Thirdly, when we get old, our bodies will be in a lack of oil, a necessary component of our tears. If we suffer from oil deficiency, water in our eyes can evaporate very quickly, thereby eyes are inclined to get dry. Fourthly, various systemic diseases such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, or Sjogren’s Syndrome can also cause dry eyes.
Then come to the question of how to get rid of dry eye syndrome. The first and easiest way is to proceed from diet. Fish, good for both eye health and eyesight, has special effect on dry eye syndrome as well, for the reason that it contains omega 3 fatty acids which is able to increase the viscosity of oils. Taking foods rich in vitamin A or directly taking vitamin A supplements are also quite helpful. Next, take along eye drop and drip several drops when you feel discomfortable about eyes. Then wear sunglasses when you are out to reduce your eyes exposure to wind and dust, while when you are indoors, keep your house or office humidity between 30 to 40 percent.
Therefore, when you once again experience either sticking eyes or blur vision, you can make a sense that you suffer from dry eye syndrome, which results in decreased tear production and dryness in the tear film, then you are able to suit the remedy to the case.
