Dry Eyes Treatment
Dry burning eyes all day and sleep/allergies/air are not factors?
I get plenty of sleep, have no allergies, and my eyes burn in any air quality. I have been using thera tears omega 3 supplement capsules and they help some, but the problem persists to the point where I have to sometimes close my eyes for extended periods before I can even see. Eye drops have no affect.
My Question: Are there any other treatments available? Any type of surgery, for instance, that could help?
Have you seen a doctor to rule out an infection? This seems like it could be a definite possibility.
It is also possible that your meibomian glands are clogged. There are treatments and prescriptions that could be useful for this sort of condition.
