Herbal Supplements Guide
Lung Detoxification curiosity?
I recently made the wise decision to quit smoking cigarettes but I know my lungs are damaged. I’m going to do the master cleanse but i’ve been surfing the web about “Lung Detoxification” there are a abundant amount of websites trying to sell me guides to better lungs, but I figured I need more than just a guide. Has anyone/anyone know of someone who has tried these “lung detoxification” programs? I know some involve supplements, vitamins, herbal methods, and breathing exercises but I was curious if anyone who happens to read this has tried this sort of thing before. I would like to start reading and researching it, but the best help i can get is actually peoples opinions and responses because it is hard to trust a website these days where it says “real peoples testimonies”

I personally would not use any supplements or vitamins to clear your lungs. Once you stop smoking (for good) all the cilia in your lungs will regenerate and between 6-9 months, you will have the lungs of a non-smoker again. Your body will do this on it’s own. If you do want to take some sort of vitamin, I’d recommend taking vitamin A.
