Low blood glucose (Sugar) level
Low blood pressure
Frequent twitching eyes, lips, thumb, and eyebrow
Frequent pain in the back of the eye (almost a headache)
Extreme weight lose and not gaining a pound by eating more than normal
Always hungry even after a big filling meal, yet skinny as stick, very high metabolism
Heart burns and over acidity of the stomach
Tiredness and fatigue during the day
Restlessness and insomnia even though very tired
Runny nose, sneezing, and shivers all around the clock

Please don’t say it’s just stress or Hyperthyroidism. It’s gotta be signs of one illness that has many signs but these ones are the most common ones and I cannot find out.
