im scared if i might get diabetes!?

i often eat a lot of junk foods,(although im underweight) and sometimes eat more sweets than healthy food in day.heres the list of what i ate today when i was TRYING to slow down on the sweets:
i had no breakfast…
and for the rest of the day

i ate about 20 salt and vinegar lays chips
about 12 non hollow chocolate balls as big as a small eye!?
uh about 10 sour gummyworms
2 small pieces of lindt slighty orange flavored dark chocolate
3 small cups of country time pink lemonade
3 or 4 jellybeans
1 caprisun
1 sour belt

angel hair pasta with herbs
a wheat roll with a medium glass of milk
2 medium size slices of watermelon

thats everything i ate today.do you thing i might get diabetes? is there a risk for me tho

Well first of all you need to check what type of diabetes you grandma and your aunt have. Like if they got diabetes 1 then yea you should worry because that is genetic. But if its type 2 they must just have it because they dont take care of themselves not because it runs in the family. Second of all you need to change your diet and not just because you could get diabetes but because your not eating what your body needs. You are lacking alot of vitamins. The last three things on your list are perfect the other ones are not. But dont panic I tend to eat really bad too and I actually had the symptoms and Im actually overweight but when i went to get checked up I didnt have anything. Eating sweets does not necessarily mean u have diabetes or is not the only cause. It also has to do with how your body breaks it down and if your body produces the necessary amount of insulin. So to prevent diabetes or any kind of diases eat healthier and excersise.
